The result, PerceptIS is the fastest growing support services provider in the Higher Education market. In his own words, the goal of the business is to provide a "truly memorable customer experience" and to keep a "100% referable client base", something that PerceptIS has been able to achieve.
During his career Bill has worked in such diverse industries as telecommunications, transportation, education and government. An avid cook and photographer, Bill spends his free time pursuing both. In 1998 with his brother Ted, he compiled "Bill & Ted's Excellent Cookbook", a collection of recipes designed to be easily prepared by kitchen novices.
